Ryder POV

“Keep mate with us.” Kycen demanded.

“She needs to rest; she doesn’t need you pawing all over her.”

“Hahahaha, please pup! You know you want her in our arms.” Kycen rolled his eye at me.

“I have better control than you do.” I scoffed.

“Just keep mate close.” He growled.

I took her to our room and laid her down on our bed, “wait,” she whispered, “I need to take a shower but I’m gonna need some help.” she said, slowly sitting up.

“I can get one of the females to come help you.” I offered.

“NO! We can help little mate.” Kycen grumbled making me sigh.

“No, it’s okay. I don’t want to disturb them. They already do a lot around here.” She said, “they are all probably asleep anyway.”

“It’s fine, I... I wasn’t sighing at you.” I assured her, “Kycen is being a bit protective, he doesn’t want anyone else around you at the moment.” I explained.
