Chapter 104

I quickly tidied up my room, put all the extra stuff away, and grabbed all the wrapping and my tea cup to put them away in the kitchen. I'd been so nervous I couldn't even finish my tea.

I poured the rest out in the sink and threw the wrapping papers out.

Damon had already taken the lead and was at the great hall, probably along with everyone else once I looked at the clock.

6:14pm

I'm already fifteen minutes late.

Skip the walk, I'll just take a car there.

I arrived at the great hall, thank goodness, it didn't look like everyone was at a standstill and just waiting around for me.

I parked a little way down since there were cars all over the place already and walked about five minutes to the hall entrance.

The place was magnificent. It almost looked like something out of a fairytale. The grandeur of it all.
