Brother Gi’s eyes stayed fixed on the cabin, he was far enough for his scent not to be smelt so he felt safe hiding amongst the branches.

It seemed like hours since he had been holed up in there, he was starting to get impatient.

Immediately after arriving in the Moonstone pack, the first thing that he did was to go to the local pub and collect as much gossip as he could on Zara, that was as good a place to get information as any.

Of course, he knew he could not trust everything that he heard but the thing about gossip was, enough of it was true, that was enough for him.

He had learned about Denice and the warrior Joel, it was said that they were Zara’s most trusted comrades.

While battle songs were sung about the Beta Warrior Joel, not even a peep was said about Denice, she was supposedly a close advisor to Zara but she was not a warrior, there was nothing of note to say about her apart from the fact that she was pretty.
