Chapter 33

Arielle’s POV:

“Okay,” Darren drawled, with a lot of curiosity inflected in his voice. “Shoot.”

I breathed in and out deeply, trying not to sound nervous as I talked. Perhaps it was Alpha Richard’s presence that was making me nervous, but I felt like I was going to break out in sweats as I made a request.

“I wanted to ask if I could get some training,” I finally said. “Maybe from Lilian, since she’s a Hunter Wolf.”

I did want to train,, because the way I had a nightmare that morning made me feel weak. Despite me not wanting to believe those voices that haunted my dream last night, it was certainly true that I had been helpless. I had not been able to fight back in any way but my words. Leon had not had any problems with grabbing my arm and dragging me to the room and locking me inside.

O never wanted to feel that helpless ever again in my life.

Some training might do me some good.
