Selene's POV

After typing out the message, I paused to read it over before hitting send and placing the phone on the bed beside me. Without waiting for a reply, I turned to my computer.

Once the light from the screen hit my face, I opened a new tab and typed in, “basics of ship operations and sea navigation.”
