Suppose I didn’t follow the Alpha King. He threatened to wipe out the pack members if I tried anything funny.

“I’m sure you don’t want to lose the ones you care for,” he states. I stare at him for a long time. He’s determined to punish me.

“Alpha, please forgive her for my sake,” Uncle Tommy pleads. “I’m begging you to please forgive her.”

“Anyone who pleads for her or asks me to forgive her will be severely punished,” he vows. “Do you all understand me?”

I look at my uncle, who immediately shuts his mouth. He is doing everything in his power to intimidate them.

“Uncle, don’t worry. I’m willing to follow him,” I mutter.

“Good,” he smirks, satisfied. “Arrest her, Raymond.”

Raymond looks at me with a pleading face as he obeys his order.

“Let’s go,” he declares, turning toward the exit. “Take care of your daughter, Tommy.”
