The lavish party was to celebrate the comeback of the future ruler of the house. The only heir, the daughter of Lausanne couple, was none other but Allyssa Lausanne. It was announced that her disappearance has to do with her preparations for the impending transfer of the crown as the matriarch of Lausanne clan. Of course, that’s a lie.
She was with me, in Verte Monde, where she was treated as a mere prisoner. I thought she was weak because of her calm behavior during her stay. The way these people cheered for her proves the other way around. It’s foolishness on my part to mess with her.

Amante POVSomething dreary about the mysterious tree made me pause because of the uncertainty of my condition and fear in my mind.
