Chapter 57 - Kurt

It was a hell of a relief that Caleb was on board with at least Bryon helping us tomorrow night. It will make things that much easier on the rest of us. 

We had to return to Mount Hood. We had a lot of planning to do. So we wrapped up fairly quickly after Caleb approved Bryon helping us.

I was almost surprised that Khalid and Dani didn’t want to try and stay there with the clan to spend time with Dani’s sister. I’m glad they didn’t ask to stay because I’d have to say no. There was no way I was letting Khalid out of my sight.

Logan would have my head if Khalid went anywhere unsupervised. I think they know that. So I’m grateful they didn’t put me in the position of having to tell them no or get in trouble with Logan.
