Raiden’s POV

Damn that feast felt like it would never end. The noise alone was enough driving me insane.

Conversations echoed through the dining hall while pack leaders tried impressing one another with exaggerated stories and fake smiles. Drunken laughter bounced off the walls while palace staff moved nonstop between tables refilling drinks and clearing plates.

Then there was that damn scent.

Vanilla.

Mocha.

Faint now. But still there. And somehow every single time Zayden and I followed

  • The Rise Of The Last White Wolf   Another Disturbance

Raiden’s POV We were at the arena. Literal front row seats to the action. Did I care about the fights? Yeah. A little. I definitely wanted those damn triplets to get what was coming to them after the stunt they pulled earlier. Karma had finally showed up ready to throw hands and honestly? I was here for it. But my attention really wasn’t on the ring. Not fully. My mind kept replaying the same damn sentence over and over. ‘She wants to reject both of you.’ Yeah. Still hated that. “What if we can’t fix this?” Nyx asked quietly. That caught me off guard because Nyx usually acted overly confident about everything. “I’m hoping we can,” I answered honestly. Because I didn’t know. And that bothered me more than I wanted to admit. Beside me Zayden sat leaned forward in his chair watching the fight while bouncing his leg impatiently. Kael sat sprawled out beside him eating some kind of candy he found earlier like we weren’t sitting in the middle of a damn arena. The crowd around us

  • The Rise Of The Last White Wolf   Trouble

Roman’s POVTraci locked herself in her room right after demanding the kings get here so she could reject them.Yeah. That conversation went over about as well as expected. Which meant not well at all.I explained to her they didn’t want her rejecting them. That maybe she should calm down first and think about everything before making a decision she couldn’t take back. She told me to mind my business. Then slammed the door in my face.“She’s got spirit,” Ronan muttered beside me.“She’s got anger issues,” I corrected while rubbing my hand down my face.Titan snorted. “She fits right in with this damn family then.”I had a tray brought up a little while ago along with the laptop Raiden told me to set up. I still had no clue what exactly he sent over, but the second he got that smug tone in his voice earlier I already knew this was going to become somebody’s problem.Probably mine.Definitely mine.I walked over and knocked lightly on Traci’s door. “Trouble,” I called out.“I’m not talk

  • The Rise Of The Last White Wolf   She’s What?

Raiden’s POV We kept watching Traci’s fight over and over. Like constantly putting that shit on replay. “She’s good,” Nyx said with pride. “That she is,” I muttered while watching Traci move across the screen again. “Whoever trained her definitely taught her how to defend herself.” Bubba swung at her and she ducked under it so fast it almost looked effortless. Then she drove her fist into his side hard enough he stumbled backwards a step. Kael let out a low whistle. “Holy shit.” “Right?” Zayden muttered while leaning closer toward the laptop. “She’s tiny compared to him.” Yeah. She was. Bubba outweighed her by a lot. Bigger. Stronger. Taller. Yet she still stood there and fought him head on without backing down once. “But then why the abuse?” I asked quietly. “Stupid human,” Nyx grumbled. I rolled my eyes instantly. “You say that too much.” “Because you are,” he shot back. “Her legal guardian runs the pack. He has everybody against her. She clearly can’t fight

  • The Rise Of The Last White Wolf   Her Next Fight

Zayden’s POV The minute Raiden and I left Traci’s room, Onyx went completely apeshit. He wanted to go back already. Talk to her. See her again. Honestly, I understood why she reacted that way. We overwhelmed her. The girl already had enough problems to worry about. Then she found out she was mated to not one but two Alpha Kings. Yeah. That was a lot to throw at somebody all at once. Especially somebody already stressed out and bruised up from fighting for her life this morning. Raiden stayed quiet beside me as we headed toward our floor. Honestly, I didn’t need Nyx to know his wolf was acting just as insane as mine. His expression already gave that away. The elevator doors opened a few seconds later, and we headed straight toward the office. The second we walked through the doors, Kael looked up from beside my desk while Ryker glanced over from the couch with a laptop balanced across his knee. That usually meant trouble. “Here’s what I found out,” Kael said while slammin

  • The Rise Of The Last White Wolf   Reject them?

Traci’s POV I completely froze. Then I panicked. Completely. The second those two walked in the mate bond slammed into me. My entire brain short-circuited. One second I was walking out of the bedroom wondering why Roman suddenly sounded entertained. The next I was staring directly into the faces of the two Alpha Kings while Aurora practically lost her damn mind. “Mates.” She purred. Not mate. Plural. Mates. I sat on the edge of the bed with my face buried in my hands while Aurora paced anxiously. “Yes,” she whispered softly. “They’re both ours.” “No,” i whispered. She sighed heavily. “Yes.” “That’s impossible,” I muttered. Still not believing this is true. Still not accepting this. I won’t. Nope. Aurora stayed quiet for a second before answering calmly. “We’re not exactly normal.” I dragged both hands down my face slowly. “Yeah,” I muttered bitterly. “You keep saying that.” Because apparently being “special” now included getting handed two insanely powerful and frea

  • The Rise Of The Last White Wolf   Mate

Raiden’s POV Zayden and I followed the scent upstairs toward the second floor. At this point there wasn’t even a question anymore. The only she wolf staying on this floor was Traci, which meant the scent driving our wolves insane belonged to her. “Mate.” Nyx repeated the word so many damn times over the past few minutes I was close to losing my mind myself. “She’s underage,” I reminded him again while we walked down the hallway. Nyx growled immediately. “Only by a week.” I rubbed my hand down my face slowly. That wasn’t helping. “What exactly do you expect me to do?” I muttered. “Throw ourselves at her? Climb her like a damn tree? Start humping her leg?” Zayden barked out a laugh beside me. “You know you’re saying some of that out loud, right?” Nyx ignored both of us completely. “Mate.” Yeah. I got it. Trust me, I definitely got it now. The closer we moved toward Traci’s suite, the stronger the scent became. Sweet. Warm. Completely addictive. Nyx calmed slightly as we got
