Tehila's POV 

I walked in fighting through the smell and how the room looked. I looked past it all at the pale figure on the bed.

It was surviving on tubes and drips and I was curious as to what happened. How did it end up like this?

Did she get poisoned or what?

I stopped close to the bed as my feet froze, I didn't want to go closer to her as I could remember everything she stood for in my life.

The memories rushed in like a wave that sweeps the current of the sea. I walked to the window and pulled it open.

I adjusted the curtains and could only watch the outside world from the window. I can remember every face that I have seen in this position and now it's my mother.

My heart beat increased than usual as I look back at the figure on the bed again. I looked away almost immediately and sighed.
