Lifting a hand, I wiped steam away from the mirror in front of me so that I could see my reflection. The woman staring back at me wasn't the girl that I remembered before my life turned totally upside down from meeting Travis.
Her blue eyes stared back into mine with less hatred, and her features were softer. She seemed more open and more friendly. Nothing like the Marissa I'd been only three weeks before.
