~Aria`s POV~

Her words were barely out when Adrian attacked.

His claws shot towards her throat. She vanished. Adrian`s attack missed.

"Where is she?" Lyra yelled.

I looked around.

I heard laughter. Behind me.

I turned. She stood beside Aelira. A hand resting lightly on my daughter's shoulder. Aelira was frozen. Her eyes were wide.

"Let her go."

The woman smiled. "Your firstborn is interesting."

Aelira tried to move. She couldn`t.

"I said let her go."

The woman tilted her head. "You still think

  • The Runaway Omega Bride   She Was Inside Silver Tree

~Aria's POV~Another version of me opened her eyes. She was inside the silver tree. Not trapped, sleeping, waiting. Her eyes were closed, her hands were folded against her chest, and a silver crescent covered her forehead.I couldn't move.My mother stepped back. "No…"I turned to look at her. "You knew."She shook her head. "That she was here.""Who is she?"My mother looked at the woman inside the tree. "Your beginning."The First Origin smirked. "Not her beginning." His eyes landed on the sleeping woman. "Her replacement."The tree cracked again, a hand pressed against the inside of the silver bark, then another. The woman opened her eyes, they were completely silver, and she looked me dead in the eye before she smiled. "Hello, Aria."I felt my stomach drop. "You know me?"She laughed. "Of course I know you."She stepped out of the tree and the moment her feet touched the ground, every single silver mark on my body started burning.Adrian grabbed my shoulder. "Aria.""I'm fine.""N

  • The Runaway Omega Bride   Her Mother

~Aria's POV~"Because he followed you."My mother's voice echoed from the white Gate.I turned. The First Origin was behind us. But he wasn't alone. The First Father was gone. The shadows had taken him.Adrian immediately pushed me behind him. "Stay behind me.""No." I stepped beside him. "We face it together."Seraphine grabbed my hand. "Mother, we have to go."I looked at her. She was deathly afraid. Not of herself, but of me.I squeezed her hand. "Then let's go."We ran through the Gate.As soon as we were on the other side, the world around me changed.Sunlight shone down on the grassy field. A bright blue sky stretched above us. Mountains lingered in the distance and a giant silver tree stood in the middle of the valley.I stopped dead in my tracks.I knew this place. I'd never seen it, but somehow, I knew it."This is where I was born."Seraphine nodded. "It is."Lyra looked around in awe. "Where is your mother?"Before anyone answered her question, the silver tree began to glow

  • The Runaway Omega Bride   The One Behind The Gate

~Aria's POV~"Give me my daughter."There was darkness. Thick, writhing darkness that crawled and slithered around the palace. My palace. My palace's walls buckled under it, the floor cracked and the gate shuddered. The voice in the darkness was still hidden.I pulled Seraphine closer. "No."The voice grew silent. The great eye in the middle of the gate narrowed. "You refuse?""I don't know who you are.""You know who I am.""I don't."The First Origin whipped around. "Aria, don't."I frowned. "You're afraid. The creature said nothing.Seraphine stepped forward. "Don't listen to him."The First Origin's thousands of eyes snapped to Seraphine. "You have no right to speak."Seraphine held up her hand. All the silver crescents in the palace glowed. "I have every reason."The First Origin bowed its head. "You were created by me."Seraphine laughed and looked at me. "No, mother created me."The First Origin roared. "I gave her power.""And she gave me life."Silence.Adrian stepped forward

  • The Runaway Omega Bride   Fell

~Aria's POV~Every black crescent in the palace turns silver, instantly. The change is so immediate it is instantaneous, and the thousands of warriors standing behind the First Origin lower their weapons instantly at the sight of it. No one dares to move, not even the thousands of warriors behind the First Origin, who all stand frozen in a mixture of fear and awe of the girl standing inside the Gate, my daughter the fourth child. She looks so young, far too young to hold such power in her hands.I take one step towards her. "What's your name?"She smiles at me. "You gave me one."I stiffen. "I don't remember.""I know."There is no anger in her tone, which makes it far worse.Seraphine steps forwards and enters the Gate. The moment her feet touch the marble floor, every single silvery crescent surrounding the palace pulses."you're my sister," Lyra says, turning to stare at Seraphine. The girl looks at Lyra. "Yes.""You're younger than me," Aelira says, approaching Seraphine."Yes."Yo

"You still think you can command me?"Silver energy exploded from my body, throwing the woman backwards. Aelira fell to her knees."Mother!" I ran toward her. "Are you hurt?"Aelira shook her head. "No." Then her expression changed. "Mother...""What?"She stared behind me. "Look."I turned. The woman was standing again. But something was different. Her white crescent mark was now gone. Instead there was a black mark covering the center of her chest. My mark. My power. She had stolen it.The silver circle around

  • The Runaway Omega Bride   Like Me

~Aria's POV~"Run."That voice was mine. That was what petrified me. The darkness wasn't it, nor the beast before us. Nor even the First OriginMy own voice, coming from beyond the broken Gate.I stood frozen.Adrian grabbed my arm. "Aria!"The palace shook. Cracks raced along the floor beneath our feet"Move!"I barely had time to react before Adrian pulled me back. A wall of silver energy slammed between us and the Gate. The impact sent everyone flyingI landed on the ground hard."Aria!" Lyra landed beside me. "Are you hurt?""I'm fine." I pushed myself off the ground. Then looked towards the GateThe darkness was gone. So was the First Origin. There was nothing there for a few horrifying seconds. Then a foot came through the broken Gate. Bare. Pale. Marked with silver.Another foot came through. Then a woman emergedMy breath caught in my throat. She looked just like me. Same face. Same silver eyes. Same black hair. Same crescent mark. But something was different. Her crescent was
