5. Warning

LILIAN

Who does he think he is? Kissing me all the time as if I am some toy! I groaned for the umpteenth time as I stomp on my foot.

Why can't I get rid of the kiss? Why can it just get off my memory and why did I end up kissing him back? I ran my finger through my hair.

Maybe it's because I barely slept. I haven't been able to sleep since I came here and it's all because of that stupid Damon!

I made it clear to him already that I won't be succumbing to him yet he thinks he can tell me to shut up and I'd keep my mouth shut. He has met the wrong person because I won't be listening to him or doing as he pleases.

Thank goodness he didn't catch me when I was sleeping in the room or he would have poured hot water to wake me up because I know he was capable of doing such.

As I thought of that, I couldn't help but remember the man between his legs. I didn't mean to look but he seem huge and I almost choked while staring at it.

Is it usually that big or he is just naturally gifted?

"What are you thinking Lilian!" I scolded myself for thinking of such.

Now that I thought about that, I couldn't help but remember that I hit him where the sun doesn't shine and that must be so painful considering he wasn't wearing any clothes. I just hope I didn't hit him too hard.

I ran my finger through my hair. What were you thinking hitting him Lilian? I mentally scolded myself.

It has been crazy since I arrived here and I hate it. I don't know where I am and where it is that I'm going. I'm so not happy.

I don't have a room. As much as I don't want to speak to Damon knowing well he'd get back at me for what I did, I had to speak to him because I needed a place to sleep.

I could tell people around here don't like me and the way they looked at me was enough for me to know that they don't but do I care? I don't.

Simply because I also don't like that. Our pack has been rivals for a long time and we only got negative energy from them.

It still baffles me why the moon goddess would make my mate someone from the enemy pack and worse someone as stupid as Damon.

I walked about not knowing where I was going but I could care less. I wanted to sleep. I am still searching for Darcy for she was the one who had locked me up.

Damon sent her to me, it was obvious because she spoke highly of him.

Not only will I make Damon pay for his actions but I will also make Darcy regret doing so because no one crosses my path and think they’d go free.

“Watch out!“

Before I could completely hear the voice, I bumped into the guard as the food he held all fell on the floor.

“Oops! I’m so sorry,” I apologized as I bent down to help pick up the fallen item and food.

“What am I going to do? This food is meant for lady Darcy and she’s going to have my head for it!” The lady complained as she picked the broken items up.

Darcy? Is it the same Darcy that I’m thinking about? If she is the one then this is the time I go find her.

“Darcy? She has blonde hair?” I asked.

The lady lifted her face to look at me. “You are…” she trailed off bothering to not say anything but I did not fail to notice the frown that formed on her face.

She doesn’t like me like the others but do I care? Not at all. It’s nothing new.

“I asked a question didn’t I?” I said after some seconds when I realized that she won’t be answering my questions.

She lifted her face to look at me. “Yes. Lady Darcy has blonde hair… Luna,” she replied, hesitating for a while before she referred to me as Luna.

It wasn’t as if I cared about the title anyways.

I smiled. “You don’t have to call me that. I don’t care,” I tell her.

She looked at me with a blank expression on her face. I couldn’t tell what it was that was going on in her mind but one thing was certain, she was confused.

“O…Kay,” she stuttered.

“So where is Darcy’s room?” I asked.

“Why…. I have to go and make another for her because it’s going to take minutes to make another for her and she would kill me if I tell her that I…”

“Don’t worry about that,” I tell her.

She furrowed her brows in confusion. “I shouldn’t worry?” She asked and I nodded my head.

I will go with her to Darcy and tell Darcy that I threw her food knowing well that it was her and that’s just the first step to teaching her a lesson for what she did to me the other night and after that, I’d warn her to never try me or she’d hate me.

I might be new here but I won’t be letting anyone think they can come to me and go free simply because they know their Alpha won’t do anything. I don’t need his help for I can take care of myself just well.

I will use Darcy to pass a message across so that the next time, they won’t attempt to ever make me scared the way I was yesterday. I hated that feeling.

“Come with me,” I tell her.

“I…”

“Are you that scared of Darcy? I said, come with me and I am not leaving a room for questions so come with me,” I said in a stern tone.

She hesitated for a while before following me with the broken items on the tray.

We reached Darcy’s room and I smiled. I loved the feeling I got knowing well I was about to introduce myself to her.

I made the mistake of letting my guard down forgetting I’m in the enemy's territory and that even if they kill me, they will try to make my life hell.

I didn’t knock. I pushed the door open, making an awareness. Darcy who was putting in her dress turned around in anger wanting to see who it was that dared open her door without her permission.

“Who…” she trailed off when she saw me and I smirked harder.

“Hi,” I said to her, taking a look at her room that was dark and the only light was the one that came in through the window.

“What are you doing here and why did you barge in without my permission?“ she chided.

“Oh. Should I apologize for that? I’m sorry I don’t know how to apologize,” I replied.

“What is wrong with you?” She sneered folding her arms across her chest.

“Are you asking me that? Shouldn’t you be the one that I ask what is wrong with you? I mean you are the one who locked me in a dark room or should I say Damon asked you too and you thought you would do it and when I finally come out, I would go hide like some scared cat?” I retorted.

She opened her mouth to say something but closed it back. “I…”

“Exactly. You have nothing to say. You locked me and worse in a dark room. Do you think I’d be scared because I sure as hell wasn’t scared and you have messed with the wrong person and you know what I did?”

I moved out of the way so that she could see her food and broken plates on the tray that her maid was holding.

“You see that?” I pointed in the direction of her maid.

“That’s your food. I threw them and that’s what you get,” I tell her and she gasped in shock.

“This is what you get if you think you can mess with me and go free. This is just the start. I am just letting you know that I am not someone you can easily mess with because I fight back,” I clapped my hands.

“The next time you try to get at me, I promise you that you won’t see your hair because I will make sure to pull them off,” I walked closer to her, standing so close so that she knows that I mean every one of my words and although I was scared last night, I won’t let her know that.

I wanted to intimidate her and from the way she stared at me, I was sure she was surprised and she was angry too but too bad she can’t do anything to me because if she tries to, I’d make her regret it.

“Try me and see just why I am one of those you should be scared of,” I said, making emphasis on my words.

I smiled at her before turning on my heels and leaving.

That felt so great.
