Chapter 10

Eero's perspective

Days have passed since I had that talk with the cruel Alpha, but I couldn't seem to forget about it. It was etched in my head like a curse that I couldn't run away from.

"Eero." A familiar woman in her mid-forties called my name when my mind was bothered by that talk.

I looked up, greeting her eyes that radiated motherly warmth.

"You didn't have your breakfast, and now you're not eating your lunch either? How are you gonna recover if you cannot get any nutrition?" She asked, slightly annoyed and frustrated because I was being a pain in her ass.

"I-I don't want to get better, Miss Cielo. I'd rather like my wolf to stay weak until it can no longer keep me alive. I want to die," I told her calmy, finally admitting what really was running through my mind.

"Don't be silly." Miss Cielo stopped me in haste while looking behind her back, horrified that someone could hear me.
