"Carla, do you know if Cullen's mum stepped out?" I asked.

"Oh yes, she did a while ago. Hope no problem?" Carla inquired.

"Not at all, I just get tired of her talks most of the time, so I don't want to bump into her on my way out this evening," I said with a slight chuckle.

Carla laughed too, understanding my sentiment. "I understand, ma'am. You're going out this evening?" she asked.

"Uh, yes. Why do you ask?" I replied, slightly curious.

"You actually need to pump for the baby; he finished his bottles earlier this afternoon," Carla informed me.

"Oh, alright. I'll do that before leaving," I said, reminding myself to take care of it.

"Okay, ma'am. Call if you need anything," Carla said politely before leaving the room.

I finished styling my hair and took one last glance in the mirror, making sure everything looked perfect.
