wow...is this our mate?

I believe that years ago there was an agreement between all the supernatural beings and humans that this city will be a neutral ground for all where every supernatural are not allowed to showcase their true form or cause frictions among themselves. 

Therefore to make the agreement worth following, they made sure it had lots of fascinating things going on. things that you wouldn't find anywhere on the surface of the earth could be found and seen here.
