A Surprise Visitor

His POV

My ordered food arrived in short while. I loved this Chinese restuarant Chao Min in this area because not only of their great flavorful food but also they are very prompt to deliver. Steam and aroma was coming off from the food. I could see Des was excited to pounce on it as she rushed to the kitchen to prepare our utensils.

"Ohh my! Why did you order so much just for the two of us?! " Her eyes were a mirror of amazement.

"I thought you might want to eat a dragon after seeing those two!" I chuckled.

"Maybe. But this isn't a meal. This is a feast!" she went back to the kitchen to get glasses, " What drink do you like Provi?" I love hearing my name from her sweet mouth.

"A sparkling soda will do, thanks."

She came back with two cans, two glasses and a pitcher of water. How she did that, I cannot explain but she handled them all well with her two hands....And a tray!

"Mmmmm..Smells so good! Can we pray now?" She looked at me grinning like a kid brought to a themed park.
