Luke POV
I woke up from someone pulling one my toes.
Could it be? Could she still be here? But why on earth were she pulling on my toes?
I opened my eyes and looked down my body and sitting on my bed pulling my toes was Kate.
"OMG KATE! Get of my bed!" I screamed and kicked her so hard she flew of the bed.
“Well good morning to you, sunshine” she replied with a grin.
“What are you doing here? And fuck what time is it?" I said trying to find my phone to look at the clock.
5 o’clock! What the actually fuck! It wasn’t even light outside yet.
“You didn’t show up” she said and looked down at her hands.
Show up. What was she talking about? Didn’t she hear what had happen to me.
“My 18birthday?” she answered my confused expression that seem to be covering my morning face.

Luke POV“I will talk to the supreme about my aunt’s safety” I announced out loud to Kate. And to myself.“Are you mad!? You can’t just go talk to the supreme.” Kate answered.“Of course, I can! Luke POVTime went quickly as we sat in café talking and before I knew it we were running towards the football fields behind our school where the trials would unfold.As we arrived I couldn’t believe own eyes as the school’s fields were transformed into something resembling a modern colosseum where gladiators would fight for glory, honor, and their freedom. Which was very fitting since that was exactly what I felt I was about to do.
