The supreme Alpha POV
“I’m leaving Lucy” I said feeling her approach me.
I walked past her and down the stairs and out the front door. I took a deep breath in off the midnight air and got a bit startle not realizing that she followed me outside until she spoke:
“Why are you here, Isa?”
I turned around. She was the only one besides my beta who called me by my name.
“You know why I’m here – the election ceremony for the ones who wish to pledge to me as the supreme alpha. You know how it goes – you pledge to my father” I answered.
Her eyes narrowed at me.
“That's not what I meant. Why did you come to my house – why did you seek him out?”
“I didn’t” I lied. Actually, I had been searching for him for years and now that I finally found him I wasn’t going to give him up because she wanted to play mamma bear.
