It had been drilled into Amelia’s mind that she wasn’t to ever look into anyone’s eyes as she was beneath them.

And anytime someone caught her doing so, she would be slapped.

And so, seeing Arthur stretch his hand towards her made her immediately assume that he wanted to slap her.

She closed her eyes and covered her face with her hands. Arthur slowly retracted his hand in disappointment.

‘Just how much did you say she was tortured?’ he asked Lance through their mind-link.

‘Judging by how terrified she is because she looked you in the eyes, I’d say a lot,’ Lance answered.

“Arthur, she is going to have a lot of work to do if she is going to be the supreme Luna,” he pointed out.

“Hmmm,” Arthur said and closed his mind. Lance was right.

For her to be respected as the supreme luna she had to Stop being afraid of everything and everyone.

Lycans and werewolves were very vicious and arrogant by nature. They only bowed and took orders from those who were more powerful than them.
