Francesco sat in his mansion having breakfast with his wife Romona, fourteen years old twin sons Sebastian and Nicolas and their eight years old daughter

Camila his youngest sat on his lap talking non stop" Francesco couldn't help but laugh in amusement at her silly little stories, Camila was a powerhouse always full of energy and things to say she never ran out of words maybe that's why she was his favourite

Francesco is a very hard and straight forward man often not showing emotions but that didn't make him selfish or cold hearted like people painted him to be, he always tried his best to keep his family out of his dangerous lifestyle, he wanted his sons to take over the family business when they were all grown up but he also wanted them to have a normal childhood unlike himself that's why he had planned to tell them the truth when the right time came and that is when they are old enough

“Father actually I was...” said Nicolas trying to explain himself but he was cut short by Francesco who abruptly stood up placing Camila on her feet causing his family to become alert , everyone froze in horror the atmosphere changing drastically each one of them alert at the sound of gunshots outside

Boss we have a problem said Seth his right-hand man as he ran inside the mansion breathless

We have been compromised boss we are under attack as we speak now our men are fighting the intruders outside, but...

Romona looked at him torn at what to do her heart didn't want her to leave him alone but in the other hand it was their children their lives she didn't know what to do it was he very tough choice to make ,

Okay I'll take the children and hide but please do one thing for me be safe come back alive I'll be waiting for you she said with great difficulty after fighting with her inner self, as always her motherly instincts had wone above everything

Camila come on let's go now she said grabbing her daughter's hand but her grip on Francesco's hand was tighter" don't be stubborn Camila we don't have time for your stubbornness she said worriedly losing patience as they were running out of time

Romona don't shout at her she's just scared said Francesco looking at his wife before kneeling down to a scared Camila's level, princess you have to let go now I'm not going anywhere I'll be back in a while he said his voice calm and soft even in the life threatening situation they were in

I'm scared papa what if something happens to you she said her whole body trembling as tears left her eyes

I know my princess nothing's going to happen to me or all of you I promise everything is going to be alright don't you trust me, you're papa's little princess right won't you listen to him he said wiping away her tears from her cheeks, she nodded her head as Francesco hugged her tightly calming her down
