Meet The Wolves, AGAIN

Narrator - Ashley

"Duck!" I heard someone whisper from my right and a few seconds later head of a boy peaked out. He had blonde hair which was surprisingly the same as mine. I smirked.

"Oh Come On!! The Alpha himself, that too when we have been here for only 3 hours? Wolves are such noobs. ",  my tiger huffed. I laughed, adjusting the box in my hand, and went into the cottage.

"Do you think she saw us?" someone asked. Thanks to my tiger I could hear them just fine.

"I don't think she can. She's a human but why was she staring at where we were hiding?" A voice said, sending a small shiver down my spine.

"Because that tree is the most interesting and beautiful thing I've seen in my life," Snow said sarcastically and I held back a chuckle. I know she can be cheeky sometimes.

"When do we start our job?" I asked Snow.

"I don't know, probably a month from now so they don't suspect anything. YOU SHOULD HAVE BOUGHT A MANSION, YOU IDIOT! THEN WE COULD SAY WE ARE LIVING OFF OUR PARENTS MONEY! NOW WE'LL HAVE TO GET A FRIGGIN JOB!", Snow suddenly yelled.

"Jeez!! Tigers are so grumpy. Let's sleep in the cottage tonight. I am really tired, Snow. After all, I  drove 300 miles to reach here while you slept. Tomorrow we will look for a mansion nearby." I muttered.

"Later we sell this thing for a bike, Ashley".

"Ahh!!  You cheeky  bitch. You're not the Queen of England. Don't boss me around" I said rolling my eyes.

"Yes I am not,  but that shouldn't stop you from getting me that diamond crown you promised me 200 years ago", she answered.

"How spoiled of a tiger can you be?" I shook my head/

"You know you love me", she scoffed and I rolled my eyes.

"Unfortunately that's true", I sighed and went to sleep still very aware of the eyes watching me from behind that tree. That tingling sensation returned. The next morning, I found the mansion Snow had demanded. It was a big 23 rooms mansion, with a huge swimming pool. I would have preferred to stay lowkey but Snow will have nothing of it.

" I would like to buy this house," I said to the agent showing me the house.

"That will be 5 million dollars. Cash or card ?", he asked.

"Cash". I said, handing him a briefcase. "And take thousand dollars as a tip",  I smiled.

"You know just because Selene gave you cash doesn't mean you'll spend it all.", Snow rolled her eyes.

"Shut up! I'm getting seriously annoyed by you now. " I groaned, rubbing my hands over my forehead.

"How could you afford this mansion? Rich parents?", someone asked as he stepped into the light from shadows. It was the boy from last night. Gosh!! Something is really odd about him. He gives me the creeps.

"IT IS HIM AGAIN. Can't they leave us alone? " Snow huffed and I blocked her.  I'm going to hear a load full of her later but right now I needed silence. I started unloading the boxes from my car.

"Hey, do you need help? he asked.

 "No," I said.

"Awkward....." He whispered.

I lifted a heavy box and let out a small grunt. This one had silver daggers and knives along with a few potions.

"Let me help you", he said again, trying to take the box out of my hands but I grunted and moved to the side. "Stay out of it and why are you trespassing on my property," I asked him.

 "Ummm.....neighbors", he said.

"Ok nice meeting you now please escort yourself out," I said.

Rude? I know but I can't make any friends here.

"You aren't much of a talker," he said again, ignoring me.

"Snow?" I called out as the last resort.

"You blocked me and now you  expect me to help you?" She said sulking.

"I'll get you your bacon now help," I said and she was sold.

"I never was much of a talker now please leave," I said and Snow used her tiger command on his wolf and he stiffly nodded and left.
