9. The Student Assembly

*Beep, Beep, Beep*

"Bloody Hell that's the most annoying sound!" Stella cried as she pulled a pillow over her face.

Maeva giggled from her own bed before throwing her feet over the side & standing to stretch. You had your morning people, you had your night owls, & then there was Maeva. She was neither, yet both. It didn't matter what time of day it was, she was alert & ready to take on whatever. Today however, it was pure excitement that fueled her. She couldn't wait to start her classes & train with the warriors. She only hoped that she would continue to make friends as she met different people.

She and Stella showered and prepared for their day. The assembly would be in the auditorium, so it would take them about 15 minutes to walk there. The assembly would last an hour and a half, & they were instructed to wear thier uniforms. Their morning training would be cut short, starting at 10 instead of the usual 8am.
