Emily woke up from the alarm from her clock on her bedside table. She got up immediately and checked her phone. It's 7AM. She's aware that it's 7AM since her alarm clock is set to ring at that time, but she still wants to check it just in case it was too early or too late for her to wake up. She went straight to her small bathroom to take a shower. Her room is quite spacious with a few decorations hanging on the wall. She considers herself a minimalist. She doesn't feel comfortable posting anything on the walls in her room. She's also not that particular with colors. Her walls have a white floral wallpaper and the color of her bedsheet, pillowcases and blanket don't match. It's her mom who changes them once a month. After taking a shower and drying her hair, she put on a plain tshirt and jeans and took her backpack. She paused for a few minutes and sat down on the edge of her bed.
