CHAPTER 30

Ivan had told me to pack my things, I was following him on a business trip, he said it was going to be a little vacation for us. I was so happy we were no longer bounded by a contract but by love, he had torn the contract in my presence. He had asked me to be his girlfriend, we were now dating.

He asked me yesterday in his house in a romantic setting, I was still worried about Veronica's return but Ivan had assured me everything was alright and she was not going to come in between us and I trusted him but I still suspected she had something up her sleeves but for now I wasn't doing to let her come in between my happiness and I'll focus on myself, Ivan and this trip. I was looking forward to the trip.
