Third point of view

Alpha rowen !

The man who princess Nico married is nothing but a confused alpha.

Or …maybe that was her thought initially .

“ You are up “? Rowen's gaze felt like a creaking ant against her skin ..

The moment she woke up , she stretched her hands wide in the air, yawning while her mouth went agape , her eyes closed as the wind brushed through her hair slowly.

The white shirt that hung on his frame looked really nice on him as he started to button up slowly. The sun on his skin , he looked like a Demi God , at least temporarily.

Her first night in Alpha Rowen's room was quite awkward. He had slept on the sofa while she slept on the bed.

“ By tomorrow you would get your room “ , he stated while silence hung through the room.

“Stop staring at me,” she heard him juggle the words in between his expressions. A scoff escaped her lips ,her mind wavered.

“I wasn't,” ! She nodded her head in denial , standing up from the bed, she walked towards the door.

“ And where do you think you are going “?Rowen's voice creaked through the room as Nico was about to turn the doorknob, her hands against the knob ..

“I really don't need to tell you; you can't go out dressed like that,” his eyes roamed through her body , from her bushy hair to her sleepy eyes and the nightwear she wore, which was quite exposive.

Nico looked at him, exchanging glances before finally sitting down on the bed. Her mouth released a gasp as her bum dropped to the soft bed with a little force.

“I forgot to tell you something,” his statement was sharp, taking all her attention all at once. He picked up his car keys, looking for something frantically.

“Today is your welcome party.

I already assigned a maid with Clara so they can dress you up in your best,” he scoffed.

She wondered why he sounded sarcastic; however, she didn't bother asking.

“A welcome party?” she paused, processing her next words.

“We already had a coronation when I came,” she fired back, her brows wide in curiosity, her eyes searching for answers right through his expressions.

“In the Dawnhill pack, we throw welcome parties. The coronation is always for the elders “, he demonstrated with his hands while smiling a little bit weirdly.

“ You would enjoy the party , just flow with the fun “ , he said before walking out of the room without warning , slamming the door with a bang .

“What the holy crap”! , she muttered , shaking her head slowly.

She knew that he was planning something else; sadly, she just couldn't prove it right.

She stared at her reflection, a defeated sigh escaping her lips.

Was she… intact?

Her hands moved, tracing the curves of her hips, her stomach, her chest. She searched for any sign, any feeling that wasn't hers, however he hadn't touched her .

A relieved gasp escaped her lips.

She couldn't trust him yet, after a while none.

She was still whole. Still herself. Dismissing the moment, she padded to the lightstand, grabbing the coffee

“The color suits you well, Luna,” Wolflina, the maid assigned by the alpha, blushed .

She adjusted the sleeve of Nico's dress, making it perfect.

The long red dress accentuated around her waistline, a slithering line from the legs towards the thighs, revealing a little portion of her skin. Her cleavage was exposed with the tiny sleeve along her arms.

The color was giving an elegant vibe along with classiness.

The light quivered , the red light mixing with white as they shone brightly .

The sitting room was beautifully decorated , “ awwn, this is so cute “, her lips curved into a smile while her eyes roamed the hall while she searched around for him.

All eyes on her , made every step she took like a chore , she descended down the stairs , her red pointed heels clicking against the marble tiles slowly.

“Who the heck is she?” someone muttered in the crowds while they both stared at one another in a way that sparked curiosity.

“Where is our Nora?” someone else asked. It wasn't even a question; the statement was purposely intended to spite her.

“ Where is Nora “, someone else noted while staring

“Guards!” Nico called out unexpectedly, gripping the attention of everyone present in the room.

“Throw that man out,” she pointed, and it was immediately executed.

“I did nothing wrong; don't you dare touch me,” those were his words as he tried to remove the touch of the hefty men.

He was tumbled over and carried away, and his screams were far forgotten. People stared at the man then diverted their gazes back to Nico slowly.

“I'm the Luna of the Dawnhill pack; that isn't questionable,” she paused for a while when she noticed Rowen’s stare. She ended her statement as if being influenced by the way he looked at her.

Murmurs flew through the hall; however, they were quite subtle, ones she wouldn't even hear if she tried.

He dragged her towards a corner, her red flowing gown dragging on the tiles as her heels clicked in an hasty manner.

“What do you want?” her tone heightened while she stared at him. He held her arm, his grip making

her uncomfortable.

“You are hurting me,” she yanked her arm from his grip , his fiery eyes piercing through her body . He finally released his grip on her skin.

“Coordinate yourself and stop letting anger get the better of you. I mean, people will always annoy you.”

He was making no sense to her at that point; she had heard the same rumors when she arrived for the coronation a few days ago.

“I don't care; I'm not Nora, and I would never be, so they should stop comparing me to her. I'm better,” she rushed her sentence hastily, while being disgusted

Turning her back about to leave, the backless frame of the gown caught his attention, as her ass jiggled in a manner that would turn anybody on.

“Wait,” his voice loomed through, banging against the noise, as sharp as ever.

“You would never be her; you can never be Nora,” he smiled against his will, he never intended for his words to be so sharp, it was the way she stood right at his front with her arms folded that made his gut twist .

She had guts, incredible and crazy ones that Rowen had no choice but to handle.

The massive door of the hall swung open, creakling while the music stopped, murmurs went still.

“Sorry, I'm late, everyone,” her tiny voice loomed, dressed in black from head to toe.

“Greetings, your royal highness,” bowing her head slightly while walking towards Nico, the sound of her heel the only sound that vibrated through the hall.

“I'm your arch-rival,” she said loudly while smiling at herself with all satisfaction.

“I'm Latisha!” her voice echoed.

Alpha Rowen's voice broke through the silence. The maids walked quietly, treading carefully around him."Why are you quiet?" he barked at the tour guard who bowed his head , his voice filled with coldness and fury in his eyes."Alpha," the tour guide struggled to say, his mouth agape between silence and his words."Are you choking on your tongue or what?" Rowen stared at the tour guide, who was unable to express himself.“ Alpha …. • The Unchosen Luna     Chapter Nine: The problematic plan

Nico’s Point of View Thanks to the tinted windows of the car, I was able to change out of the dress I had worn before the driver pulled to a stop. “My lady, what are you doing?” Clara whispered, her voice panicked. Outside, the sounds of the crowd filtered in—howls of celebration, cheers, murmurs, and laughter. But I didn’t want their noise. I didn’t want their expectations pressing down on me like chains. I wanted silence. Because expectations break you. The more you keep them, the more disappointment eats you alive. “My lady, what are you doing?” Clara asked again, struggling to keep her voice steady as she watched me fold the white gown from my father’s pack. When I finished dressing, I caught her wide-eyed stare. I had traded the gown for a black stone-studded bum short, a black crop top, and a fluffy jacket. A cap sat low on my head, sunglasses hiding my eyes. I even pulled out the black umbrella I’d tucked beneath the seat. Clara was stunned, but wisely swallowed whatev

  • The Unchosen Luna    Chapter Eight: I Kissed Him

Nico’s POVTime froze. My feet felt glued to the marble floor, unable to move, unable to breathe. My heart clenched painfully inside my chest as if it were being squeezed by an unseen hand.It was him.“Nelson…” I whispered his name in a tone so weak it barely left my lips. Tears burned at the corners of my eyes, threatening to spill.“Hello, Nico.” His voice was calm, steady, but his eyes betrayed something deeper. He lifted his left hand and gave me a casual wave, as though we were strangers meeting after years, not enemies tangled in wounds too deep to heal. For a moment, I thought he wasn’t real—that I had conjured him from my own desperate longing. But then Clara quietly excused herself, slipping away, and reality anchored me. Nelson was here. Flesh and blood. My father’s gaze found me across the hall. A look that said it all: you are married now. He turned and left, his presence like ice sliding down my spine, leaving chills in his wake. And just like that, it was only Nelson an

  • The Unchosen Luna    Chapter Seven: My Nemesis

Nico’s POVInstead of a mating ceremony, what did my father do? He organized a proper wedding. Not a celebration of bonds. Not the sacred ritual of two wolves pledging their souls before the Moon Goddess. No—just a human-like, white-dress-and-veil wedding.Maybe because I was never truly meant to be someone’s mate. Maybe because I wasn’t enough to be chosen.I was the unchosen one—the girl raised to be a pawn, the daughter trained to be sacrificed, the wolf who craved love but was denied it. I was the solution to the kingdom’s problems and yet the sacrifice handed to secure its safety. The thought made my chest pound as if my heart wanted to rip out of me. And no one—no priest, no warrior, no guest in that hall—spoke about the guilt that came with rejecting a good man. No one mentioned how it rotted you from the inside, how it clawed at your conscience even when you had no choice. The music swelled, and I began the walk down the aisle. The red carpet beneath my feet felt like fire, sc
