Kal spent most of his time trying to figure out the best way to ensure that Geran was no longer engaged to Hurai but to him.

The engagement party was in three days, and Kal needed to do it before then. If he did it after the ceremony it would be so much harder than before.

The engagement wasn’t simply an engagement both to vampires and werewolves. It was almost as important as being officially married or mated to one’s partner.

There were many ideas that he came up with only to settle for the most unethical one he could think of.

He needed to make Geran sleep with Fera. Normally it wouldn’t be difficult to achieve since he didn’t particularly care who he slept with but from spying on his brother, he had noticed how he rarely slept with anyone anymore.

This made Kal wonder who he was secretly sleeping with and if not, why he had suddenly become celibate.

To achieve this, the simple plan he could come up with was to make Fera drink an aphrodisiac and have her be in a room with Geran.
