41: Aurora

I dropped out of the cab, looking around the environment. It looked shady yet it was okay.

I pressed a call to Angel, telling him that I am there already and waited outside as he said he will be coming soon.

Soon, men with cigarettes hanged on their mouth began to come of the building, blowing the smoke into the thin air and they grinned.

I took my eyes off them, acting as if I didn’t even see them but that didn’t work as they walked towards me. “Hey pretty. Do you need a ride home?” One of them asked then he turned giggling at the rest.

I ignored them, checking at the time and hoping that Angel will be out soon. I can’t waste much time here.

After our date yesterday with Andrew or rather, Noel, he had promised to take me to his parents.

I had almost laughed when he said it but I held it in to see how fast his game is going to be. “She doesn’t even talk. She doesn’t want to talk to us.” Another uttered laughing.
