You merely adopted the dark

Coming out of the bathroom, Sebastian saw Ariel sitting on the couch in the office. He looked at her before going back to his desk.

Few seconds later, Resa walked into the office and Ariel was quite startled this time. The way the woman walked into the office unexpected, startled her. Resa walked to Sebastian's desk and told him something in a low voice and Sebastian fixed his gaze on Ariel and her heart skipped a beat.

Ohhh gosh...she hated when this guy did this! wait...not hate but..ahh...the way he suddenly fixes his gaze on her, always caught her at unaware and the way her heart always skips anytime he looks at her was just...she didn't actually have words for it.

Sebastian still kept his gaze on her before he turned and looked at Resa and said something to her. Ariel didn't hear the conservation clearly, since they were talking in a low tone. Resa turned to Ariel and walked towards her. "Ariel, there's something I need to tell you..." Resa said and Ariel was worried a bit about what she was about to hear.

As Resa was about speaking, a loud voice spoke through the small speakers in the office which Ariel just noticed. "Theresa Wilson...Theresa Wilson, you are needed in the assistant director's office at this moment" the voice said through the speakers. When Resa heard her name being called, she just sighed and said to Ariel "For my name to be called two times by that guy, shows that the assistant director is already going nuts. So I'll just chat with you later okay..?" And Ariel said "oh okay" and Resa left the office.

"Ariel" Sebastian called out to Ariel and she turned to him. He raised his index finger and gestured her to come and Ariel stood up and walked towards him "Do you need anything?" She said in her little voice and Sebastian said "You can go home Ariel" and Ariel was taken aback by his words "But Sir, it's not our closing time yet.. right?" She asked and she looked at the time and it was 11:54am. Resa had told her that their closing time is usually 4:00pm but for her, who was the personal assistant to Sebastian, she might close even later. But for the fact that Sebastian is telling her to go home this early was surprising.

"Ariel, there's a reason why you have to go home right now" Sebastian said as he stood up and walked to where she was. "There's a situation that's going to take place soon Ariel and you have to go home now to avoid it" he continued, staring into her eyes. "But Sir, I'm your assistant. Should I not be with you in this state of emergency?" She asked with her innocent eyes staring right back at him. Sebastian smirked and tucked a strand of hair behind Ariel's ears that was obstructing him from having a full view of her beautiful face. "Are you already this fond of your boss?" He said still smirking and Ariel's cheek burned with embarrassment. "Uhhmm...I'll leave now" she said as she packed her things out of the huge office and walked out. Sebastian shook his head in amusement and walked towards his chair. But before he got to his chair, they barged into his office. Michael and his minions. Including the gold-haired man.

But fortunately, Sebastian sensed them quickly and faced them."She's not here Mike" Sebastian said and the witch only smiled a sinister smile and moved closer to Sebastian and said "Don't play dumb with us Sebastian. We are here for her and you!" Sebastian chuckled darkly and said " You witches are getting bolder and bolder as the day passes. Weren't you here earlier? Didn't Resa tell you not to come here anymore?" Sebastian said as his expression and voice turned deadpan.

"Daniel?" Mike called out to the gold-haired man and the young man faced him "Sir?" "Go check if the girl's here" Mike said and Daniel teleported himself out of the office in search for Ariel.

Unbeknownst to Mike that something had occurred in a flash before they entered the office that no one knew about.

Daniel Greene teleported himself back into the office and informed Mike that Ariel was not found. Mike faced Sebastian with anger evident in his voice "You don't know who you're messing with Sebastian". Sebastian smiled and said in a cold voice "Let me remind you Mike. You merely adopted the dark, but I  was born in it"  the smile on Sebastian's face had vanished like it was never there. He turned his gaze to Daniel and the two of them held eye contact for a while and it was like an unspoken conservation was going on between them. Then, Mike was about casting a spell on Sebastian but before he could open his mouth to utter the spell, Sebastian raised his right hand slightly and Mike, Daniel and the other witches which were with them were thrown to the wall. It was like Sebastian had controlled the wind. Which he actually did.

Mike stood up to his feet and uttered a spell and a sword appeared in his hand. He ran towards Sebastian the two fought like mad beasts. Due to strength superiority, Sebastian carried Mike on his shoulders and landed him on the desk and the desk broke into different pieces. The other witches just stood and watched their leader get beaten. Mike struggled to get up on his feet but he had lost grip of the sword. Sebastian picked the sword and placed it close to Mike's neck. "The only reason I'm not slicing your neck right now is because it's not time yet" Sebastian said as his golden eyes turned blood red.

"Get out!...Now!" He said as he retracted the sword from Mike's neck.

Mike stood up and signalled them to leave. "This isn't over!" He said to Sebastian.

Few minutes ago, when Ariel had just left the office, she heard some people shouting and saw some, running. Her knees were weak as she wondered what was going on. Right before her very eyes, a young man materialized in front of her. His gold hair and deep gold eyes were just mesmerizing. He held Ariel's hand and said "Don't be scared. I'll take you out of here". After he said this, he teleported himself and Ariel out of the company building and said to Ariel "Go home now!".

Ariel was still awestruck as he suddenly teleported out of her sight. She saw an approaching taxi and boarded it and went home.
