After the events that transpired at the mayor's Lucas Saweyer’s house where an undead attacked the only living child of the town’s leader, Maggie, by moving corpses commanded by the town's doctor Claudia Martin.

The residents of Crawley had been shaken that night and the whole affair was aggravated by the days of fear that they had experienced with the fog and the horrible images it could be holding, the imagination was an enemy to the people of this town.

When this type of tension, feelings of unsafety and fear collide in people's lives for this long it pushes people to their most primal selves…and the residents of this town had enough of all three and qualified their actions after the events transpired as primal would be too kind.
