Chapter 3

THE APPEARANCE OF HADES THE DEMON KING

In the kingdom of Mephistopheles , the News of the fairy born of winter spread throughout her kingdom. Queen Lilith finally decides to find a way to get access to their kingdom without them knowing.

The queen summoned a demon King called Hades. He was known as the king of the underworld and God of death as his powers were unstoppable! His appearance alone was quite alarming as thunderstorm lighting bolts where everywhere, he appeared in a blue-gray humanoid with flaming blue hair, wearing a Black robe and a smoky Base. When he gets red his skin bursts into flames and his hair turns yellow-orange.

One of the demons of the Bunyip went to tell the queen about Hades’ appearance in their Kingdom. She got prepared waiting for Hades to come, as she looked at a mirror Hades arrived with a scorching smell of death which the Bnyip were able to sense. The queen dismissed all of them and invited Hades to come sit with her.

After a long conversation with Hades, he said to her “that I can do it but are you sure you’re willing to make any sacrifice I demand of you?” he said. The queen replied “yes of course anything you want but I must find a way to get to their kingdom and kill the queen of Winterfell” she said, Hades said “for that we need a Portal demon who can send a flower over to their kingdom as the flower is irritably beautiful and once anyone comes in contact with the flower the person dies immediately , though it depends on the supernatural but be ready to give me what I want when the time comes” he said. The queen smiling while getting up immediately summoned an archdemon and Hades opened his hands and a bunch of flowers appeared he called them “Nerium oleander” which appeared so colorful yet very poisonous. Giving it to the Archdemon he told him to plant the flowers in an open field and when rain falls the flower will begin to blossom and fill the area.

He immediately used his Dark magic to make a Portal Linking to their kingdom and Winterfell. The Archdemon went inside the portal which closed instantly and did as Hades had told him and created a Portal bringing him back to his kingdom.

THE QUEEN IS POISONED

The flowers which the queen had asked to be brought to the castle released a strange, black, tiny seed which appeared to be moving and entered her crown while she was asleep.

The following day queen Aurora got up looking beautiful as ever and flew out of bed to get ready for her duties , she wore her clothes and took off immediately on getting to her throne she noticed she wasn’t wearing her crown and flew back to her room to get it and placed it on her head.

After some hours passed, she noticed she was feeling dizzy so she told one of her servants to get her a herb from her garden and prepare a herbal tea for her immediately, soon after the Herb tea was brought and given to her. She got herself again and decided to take a rest, as she entered her room she fell down and couldn’t see clearly. Luckily her pet dog took her and kept her on her bed. After some hours passed by she woke up feeling a bit better but noticed strange marks on her body and thought of what had happened, she immediately panicked and hurriedly went to a large mirror to take a look at herself. She noticed that her back was turning black and her wing’s breaking so she wore a cloth that could cover her back.

Elvenia flying past her room stopped to know what happened to her mother so she came in and sat down besides her mom and said “mom what happened to you , your looking pale hope you're fine” she said. Her mom smiled at first and gave her a reassuring look but later told her that something strange had been going on with her And she didn’t want anyone to know. Removing her clothes she showed Elvenia, Elvenia couldn’t believe what she had seen and called for Terence asking him to watch her mother as she went to look for the healing fairy.

 Elena was practicing her powers with her thoughts of Terence in her mind when she spotted Elvenia flying towards her crying and quickly flew to meet her and asked “what happened, hope everything is fine’’ she said. Elvenia replied “ everything is not fine , something strange is happening to my mother” she said. Elena quickly took Elvenia to meet Aine the healing fairy. When they got to the place Elvenia saw her and greeted her telling her about her mother's sickness and asked her if she would fly with them to their castle and Aine immediately agreed.

On getting to the castle Elvenia took Aine to where her mother was and begged her to do everything possible to make her mom feel well again, also thanking Terence for watching over her mother while she was away.

An hour passed getting close to Dawn,

Aine came out looking really distressed and worried about the queen telling Elvenia that she couldn’t cure her, that she was poisoned and was already too late but she could be given her a portion that could suppress the poison. Crying uncontrollably Elvenia asked “What do you mean that she's poisoned? No one would ever want to hurt my mom’’ she said crying. Aine explained to her that she was poisoned

With a strange seed from a flower and that the seed was not of their kingdom.

Immediately Elena remembered what had happened to the flower in Gardiana. Elena asked Elvenia whether she knew where her mother planted those flowers and Elvenia quickly replied saying yes. Elvenia showed Elena their Garden where her

Mother had planted the flowers but when they got there, they found out that the beautiful colorful flowers had turned Dark and died off, with so much confusion going on in Elena and Elevina’s thoughts both cried bitterly as Terence and Magnus comforted them. They did not know what to expect next.

THE QUEEN DIES

  The news about the queen being poisoned reached the whole kingdom of Winter as all fairies were worried and scared. After some months later, the queen of winterfall died and it shaked the kingdom as all fairies from all parts of Winterfall flew to pay their last respect to their queen.

 Elvenia was still sitting on the ground by the corner of her room still in shock of her mother’s death and hoped it wasn’t real. She spent her time sobbing non stop as she couldn’t sleep or eat. It came to a point she fell sick and couldn’t do anything but luckily for her she had Elena by her side helping her to recover.

 It was a difficult time in Elevina's life as she didn’t know how to live without her mom and the thought of how Winterfell would be rushed through her head as she cried. Elena sat down beside her and said “I know how you feel but we mustn’t give up hope everything will be okay again” she said. Deep down she knew that everything would never be the same as it was queen Aurora who brought out the light of winterfall.

Meanwhile at the kingdom of Mephistopheles the News of the queen of winterfall had reached the Queen Lilith,

Lilith rejoiced viciously about what had happened and immediately told Hades the good news and both laughed evilly to the news they heard. All the Demon’s of Mephistopheles rejoiced heartlessly as they celebrated their victory.

Speaking in her thoughts she said “now just watch as I bring chaos , destruction , misery and devour your souls! And it would be sooner than you think” she said.

At the kingdom of winterfall, it was the day of queen Aurora's burial. Sad tunes of songs were played as fairies sobbed. The queen’s body was clothed with a white gown, a flower crown on her head as she was placed on a raft made of green and white sticks and leaves. Elvenia sobbing uncontrollably came by her side and said “why did you have to leave so soon, please Wake up I really miss you” she said. Elena came by her side comforting her, wiping off her tears, assuring her that everything will be okay.

As the day reached dawn it was time for queen Aurora to be buried, saying their final goodbye everyone watched as their queen was buried. Terence and Mangus Dug a grave where they kept her body inside and covered it up with sand and flowers. Fairies placed flowers on the queen's grave as a sign of respect and royalty. Days passed after the queen’s burial, Elvenia still trying to get over what had happened, hoped to be strong and move on.
