The heavy duty monstrous looking iron gates of the prison were opened showing the two boys sitting soberly inside.

"What are you doing?" Myles asked, wondering what Abel was doing staring out the window at midnight. They have both been unable to sleep and he hasn't sat down for once since they entered the room.
