CHAPTER FIFTEEN: TIME FOR SOME ACTION

Rhea's POV

The next morning, I woke up with determination. I was ready to catch some demons. I wanted to know why they wanted to take me with them and who instructed them to do that. I was sure that the demons were acting under someone's orders because they looked like they would rather eat me for dinner than kidnap me.

I thought of the various demonic activities I had witnessed in the past week. First, my blind date turned out to be some sort of demon. I shuddered, remembering his normal human appearance overlapped with the demonic one. Honestly, seeing a demon in human skin was scarier than all the other forms of demons.

I thought of how I had encountered the shadow demons just after I left the restaurant. Then I remembered the oily energy sucking demon, which didn't appear to be following anyone's instructions. I had a feeling that it just appeared there, somehow attracted by my presence.

I tried to connect all these incidents and decided to strike the oily demon as mere coinciden
