The Gods looked taken aback at my sudden question. What? I knew that they didn’t come here for idle chitchat. Then why waste time acting as if it was just a friendly visit?
I looked at Persephone, and Athena who looked hurt at my question. I had to admit that they looked genuinely happy to see me and didn’t seem to have any ulterior motives for visiting me. But I couldn’t say the same for the other Gods, not even my mother Nyx…
It was Apollo who answered me.
“As blunt as ever. I thought that losing your memories would have changed you and made you more mellow. But you seem as sharp as ever,” he remarked.
I bared my teeth at him in the semblance of a smile. You have no idea, buddy…
He actually flinched a little at the expression on my face and I wondered if I looked that scary. Then I wracked my brain trying to remember if I had ever read about any interaction
