Have you heard the saying "sometimes you have to run to fight another day", that's exactly what my father had to do. My name is Asher and my kingdom was attacked by wizards, a coven of witches and a pack of werewolves when I was just about four years old and before you start wondering if they exist, yes they do at least in the world where I come from. I just found out last week when my father was drawing his last breath after being sliced in the guts by a werewolf, and it turns out that he was a king and our kingdom is being ruled by a group of witches, wizards and a pack of werewolves. After my dad fled with me, the witches sent warriors after us to kill my father and I. They didn't want me returning when I am grown to reclaim the throne hence, the reason for the warriors. Well, it turns out that their worst nightmares will soon be their reality because even if I wouldn't have done it before I am definitely doing it now that they killed my father and almost killed me. With that in mind my adventure begins and justice will soon prevail.

Good day my gentlewolvesHow are you all feeling today I have finally started writing on the tribrid prince I am so sorry for the delay I'll make an update schedule for the tribrid prince it'll be posted in my profile But I should just tell you guys So I'll be updating on Wednesdays and Sundays Before I bore you with all this 👆let's just skip to the chapter *************************(Asher's pov) We packed the things we will be needing amd I shifted into a dragon Isabella climbed onto me and placed Evie carefully on my back She loaded all the things we will be needing and I took to the skies. The Castle of Maridul (Third person pov)A witch was walking into the crowd of witches making her way to the center of the crowdWhen she reached the podium were Maria was sited she bowed and said"Good day your highness" she greeted and Maria waved her hand signaling for her to speak"I come baring good and bad news My lady" the witch said then looked up at Maria for permission to continue "The prince will be departing today" she said "and?" Maria asked curiously waiting for more info "The siren that travels with him won't be a threat" the witch said with a smile "Why is that?" Maria asked"She was bitten by a vampire on their entry to the island of vampires my Lady" she replied"That's good news, so what's the bad?" (Asher's pov) When we came out of the throne room, Isabella and I started walking down an hallway... to be honest the castle is beautiful and grand... the wall of the castle is coated with white then there was designs on them made with gold paint... when we were coming here I thought that the vampires will be into black and red but seeing this, I never expected it... "I thought you vampires will be into red and black" I asked Isabella "yeah that's what everyone thinks, they think that vampires are savage predators and the only thing we know how to do is drink blood but we are more than that, we have a sense of humor you know" she replied sounding a bit sad and offended, seeing this I felt bad because she didn't choose to be born as a vampire, it just happened and she is trying to be better and clear her peoples bad name "I am sorry I didn't mean to offend you" I apologized "no, it's okay I have gotten used to it" she said with a sad smile... (Asher's pov) We were half way through the gates when a vampire perceived the smell of blood on Evie's shoulders then went crazy and launched towards Evie... Evie let out a loud scream and when I turned around to check what was wrong , what I saw frightened me and I immediately turned pale... she let out another scream and that woke me up from my trance... I ran towards her and half shifted then sucked my claws into the guts of the vampire... the other vampires wanted to attack me but I roared with rage sending them a warning that if they dare to try step closer I wouldn't mind tearing all of them to shreds... (Evie's pov) We were already half way through the gates when a vampire perceived blood on me he went crazy and attacked me... I don't know how it got there but my best guess is that it happened when we were coming out the bushes... it took less than a second for the vampire to get to me, he tilted my head to a side to show my bare neck then he dug is fangs into

(Asher's pov) When I got up the next morning I felt a whole lot better than I have for days now... maybe I really needed that down pour. I went out of my tent only to find Evie roasting a rabbit for breakfast "oh you are up, would like some?" She asked pointing toward the rabbit "yes I am famished" I answered, she smile and started cutting part of the rabbit to give to me "when did you get up" I asked her "before the sun rose" she replied... I looked at her with confusion wondering why she woke up early because usually I am the first to get out of bed "why did you get up this early, knowing you I didn't see you as a morning person" I asked... "I couldn't sleep, my mind just kept thinking of what this kingdom will be like if your mom hadn't died at childbirth or if your dad had noticed the conspiracy between the witches, wizards and werewolves against him, and also how the kingdom would be like if you succeed in taking the throne and becoming king" she said looking lost

(Asher's pov) When I was done packing all the things we would need for our journey I went out to tell Evie that it was time to go, I walked up to her tent and knocked on the door "who's that" I heard her call from inside the tent "it's me Asher, I came to inform you that it is time to go" there was no response at first then she said "I'll be out in a minute" with that I turned around to leave then I added "meet me up at the river I'll be waiting there" then I left to carry my stuffs and then walked to the river to wait for her. After what felt like forever she finally showed up carry supplies that can last a full year "how long does it take you to pack up? What are all those stuffs for? We are going on a mission not a vacation or field trip" I asked her with frustration "I only took a few minutes and this stuffs they will come in handy one way or the other, you never know what'll come our way" she said with a smile "if you go to a village filled with vampires carrying all those

The castle of Maridul (Third person's pov) "Your highnesses sedrid and his men failed to kill the tribreed prince" a messenger reported to the rulers "and where is sedrid and his men now" Simon the alpha of the werewolves asked with anger in his voice "y..your highness, sedrid died with almost all his men in the battle" the messenger answered with fear "he is lucky to have died in the battle, if he had returned I would have torn him apart myself " Simon said then growled. The other rulers sat in silence and listened, it was obvious that the news frightened them "what should we do now?" Maria the leader of the witches asked, the hall fell quite for a while before Simon broke the silence "I'll suggest that we send witches after him" he said "and why should we send witches after him" Maria asked "the prince can take on werewolves because of his dragon strength and fire but he isn't used to magic, he hasn't activated his kreo side so he can't mimic magic to use against witches"

(Sedrid's pov) After I left the castle I rushed to meet up with my troops, if I don't take the prince's head my head will be taken in his place and I don't wish to die yet. We were only a few hours away from the island of the sirens so I asked my men to rest and gather enough energy because we will need it, the sirens are very skilled warriors and will be very difficult to defeat, to make every thing worst the so called tribreed prince is there with them "This while assassination is suicidal" I said under my breath. If I don't die in the battle field I'll die in the hands of those vicious rulers "why does my life have to be so difficult" I asked myself, the reason why I decided to join this army was so that I could survive this hardship that was brought upon the whole kingdom when the new rulers started to rule. I called on my fellow generals so that we can re-strategize and make a solid plan, after a while of heated conversation we had our plan, my troops where well

The island of the sirens (Asher's pov) I woke up from the clicking of swords, I opened my eyes and saw the army that wants me dead fighting with the sirens. The sirens had the upper hard but I still wanted to help, so I tried to rise to my feet but I felt a very sharp pain all over my body and that was when I remembered that I fell from a thousand feet down to the river. It turns out that I broke more bones than I thought I would, when the sirens had killed all the attackers they started walking towards me. My mind was going crazy from the sight of the girls and my jaw dropped. "Welcome back sleepy head" one of the girls said when they reached the spot were I laid helpless "how long was I out?" I asked she looked at me then said "maybe an hour or two, how are you feeling now" she replied "I feel like I broke more bones than my body had" the girls laughed, the girl in front of the group knelt down beside me to check on my ribs "you'll be fine, you just need a little more
