Sienna has never been one to disappoint any children . The last thing she's ever wanted was to disappoint Uri . She had arrived at the ice cream shop on time . She saw Apollo drinking is cup of coffee looking at Uri and she needed to distract him and you had the perfect person just to do that because Daniel was Jimmy's boss anyway so for Apollo to do what he did by writing him out to the police he had ruffled enough feathers to make the police think that Daniel is involved in the same devious dealings as Jimmy.

Truth be told he isn't involved in the same things as Jimmy as but give me as trying to prove himself or make a name for himself and the only way he could do that without being disturbed was to pair up with Apollo and run his business with him and merge together with Mark so that they could be a formidable pair but that didn't see the light of day. There are many ways to do business and there are many ways to conduct business but Jimmy knew how to play both sides
