Ryker sighed and walked towards her gently. He softy moved her hand away from the door and opened it swiftly for her. She nervously walked and settled inside the car sinking in the comfortable seat. He closed the door for her and glanced at her through the window and settled himself in the passenger seat.

The car roared to life making Inaayat flinch. She sinked more into the seat while feeling Urvashi shooting angry glares at her. When the car started moving her curious doe eyes slowly moved to the window and she started watching the world outside. Her eyes twinkling because it was the first time she had been out of the haveli.

Nancy was in her recovery phase while Arjun's attention was on her only, he stopped attending meetings and conferences and used to stay in her room only, like he had long forgotten his laptop and board members. When Inaayat finished cleaning her wounds, she took the bowl and cloth away. When she returned back she saw Nancy trying to sit up again and Arjun immediately asked her. "What happened?"
