Nasreen noticed that a certain black car had been following her for a while. She wanted to be sure that the car wasn't following her so she took another route.

Nasreen's physiotherapy was to start today, and she had been really anxious, finally she would be able to feel her feet, staying on the bed for eighteen days was not an easy task. She never liked using swear words but today she had to use them. 'Kam burauba!' She picked the hair spray on her dresser and threw it at him. He dodged it, she looked around, the next thing she saw was her Elizabeth Arden perfume."Don't throw that you would regret it later." She looked at it and did as if she wanted to keep it, and Irfan became relaxed almost immediately. The next thing he heard was the squashing sound of the perfume. "Stop it Nas," He walked up to her and held her hands firmly. Her breathing was ragged, her blood was boiling, there was no calming down. "Calm down okay." "Don't you tell me to calm down, cause I can remember you thrashing things I was pleading with you and you sent me away." She let herself loose from his hold. And nuzzled her hands in her hair and held both sides of her head tight she recalled everything Irfan did to her, it came crashing down on her.

Nasreen knew she made things easy for Irfan, she did not know what came over her, when he came to her room that night she wanted to send him away, she wanted to slam the door on his face and tell him to get out. Her heart was crippled by the pain he cursed her it bled, cause it hurt too much. But she couldn't, she was taken aback by his action, the way he kissed her sent her to another world, she couldn't protest, and the heart wants what it wants, when she saw him for a moment she forgot about everything in the world, all her worries, she just wanted to feel his warmth and not be angry at him, what is life worth living for if there was no love. The days passed, weeks passed, and months passed, Nasreen became heavy with pregnancy. She looked at her ripened figure in the mirror, the touched her high chubby cheekbones, she had grown from every where even her nose. She was always complaining to Irfan that the nose won't go back to its normal size. Irfan always told her she looked even more beautiful.That was why her sisters and husband decided to throw her a surprise baby shower. Coupled with it was their one year anniversary, one year of different trials and tests one year of knowing and loving each other, one year of patience, one year of commitment.
