[A few hours later]

Geraldina took her endlessly buzzing phone while drying her wet hair with a towel, she called back the person who had been disturbing her bathing time and it was none other than...

"Mother" Geraldina's calm and gentle voice sounded throughout the room, it wasn't too high or low just perfect, warm, and calming, her voice alone made one seem close to her without even knowing her.

"Dina my baby! Whenever I hear your voice I feel so~ refreshed! Why don't you go be a singer, your father and I would definitely afford it~" her mum's high-pitched but fond voice reverberated across the line.

"Mum, I've told you, I only have a passion for robotics, anything creation, that's me, I love singing, yeah, but it can only be a hobby," Dina answered in a coaxing tone to prevent her mum from blowing a fuse.

"Fine~, darling are you okay? I heard that you're still chasing after Jackson that dick...…"

"Yeah, he's a hot dick, I swear," Dina said teasingly.

"Geraldina Veraldina! How dare you say such foul words!" her pissed-off mum bellowed.

"Mummy~, sorry~, but yeah his dick was so fucking hot, about..."

"Dina...."

"Okay, okay, I was wrong I apologize, I'll bake your favorite cake the next time I come over 'kay?" Dina said while chuckling slightly.

"Fine~, oh and Jean, Aunty Katelin's son, he's coming tomorrow, so better get ready and don't forget my cake~" her mum replied in a better tone.

"Sure thing mum!" Dina replied before her mum hung up.

'Mum.... *sigh*' Dina mumbled to herself while dressing up.

She was a university student majoring in robotics.

She decided to gain a scholarship for her robotics course and fund herself without her parents' help due to her thirst for independence. Her academic expenses, living expenses, and other things she had taken on to handle alone and she felt that since she could afford it, she might as well do it.

Thinking about it, her relationship with Jack had lasted 7 years, and he broke it off just like that, what a bastard.

"The bastard I still love," Dina chuckled at her thoughts as she picked up the frame showing a picture of her and Jack on their nth date in an arcade.

Jack had won her huge teddy bear which was in the middle being crushed by her and Jack in their tight side hug.

Jack was smiling and with his almond dark-blue eyes which were slightly squinted, his reddish-pink lips curled up showing his white neatly arranged teeth, his straight nose was as eye-catching as always and his eyelashes that inexplicably gave him a feminine charm were as always, looking pretty, dark-blue and fanned over his eyes.

His eyebrows were neatly caved and the Dina in the picture was proudly examining them, she had them craved before they came to the arcade.

Dina sighed, she placed the frame back on her makeup stand and picked up her lip gloss, sure enough, she really needed to stock up on her household items. Looking at herself in the mirror she wondered what she didn't have that Jack's new girl did.

Seductive cat-like eyes, light brown eyes that were almost golden, medium black back-length hair with a streak of white that was packed in two neat buns, red full lips that were neither small nor big, Cup D-sized boobs and a good booty, long eyelashes, and the perfect brow!

What exactly did Jack's new girl have that she didn't?!

Okay, maybe a perfectly normal private part without any extra, yeah, maybe her dick was the issue?

Everything had paused and time seemed to stop, her lip-gloss she was about to drop hung perfectly on the air and wasn't moving,

Dina was stunned for a moment before she thought about something and then dashed to her bathroom, looking over the dropping water from the tap was perfectly hanging still.

"It's.... it's... A HUGE BREAKTHROUGH IN SCIENCE! HAHA! A SCIENTIST PROBABLY? I have to record this, what to use....ah! my camera! Where is it..." An excited Dina gushed about her room and finally found her camera.

She also aspired to get a science degree and was interested in time and space laws and time stopping like this in front of her... but then it suddenly struck her.

Did people also pause? Could she sneak into her favorite stall and steal a few video games or sci-fi films? Or maybe give the paused Jack a kiss?

Ah, he would look so hot, WAIT! What if she's in danger? Aliens attack?! What was she gonna do? What to do? What to do?!

"AH! Okay, calm down Dina! Let's see, hope this will work," Dina took her camera to record, only to see a blank space.

"Eh? Doesn't work?" Dina brought down her camera as she said in disappointment.

"Of course, it doesn't," A very sexy yet dull-sounding voice said in a matter-of-fact way, and before Dina could react she felt a dizzy wave making her drop her camera. But she couldn't mourn her camera's ultimate demise as she wasn't even getting herself.

A few seconds later, Dina got herself back, holding her head she shook it vigorously to shake off her dizziness, she had always been abnormal anyways in that she had never gotten sick before so she wasn't surprised she hadn't gotten a headache in all this drama.

Dina looked around the area she was in, an orange-like space with nothing but her in it...

"Hi, welcome to your soul space, since you're extreme yang, instead of the usual yellow for D-rank, you get an orange, I am your system and I am known as Zero-one, a pleasure to be acquainted with you," Zero-one said in a monotone voice.

Dina as a robotics student was quite stunned, her first thought was-

'What a well-made AI, its voice is so damn hot, I bet that perverted friend of mine with his weird kinks would get a hard-on just from its voice alone,' Dina shivered at the thought.

Dina wasn't homophobic, like seriously she also had a dick and would definitely date guys, so what?

But she had a friend in her dept. who was well known for going into dirty talk mode when with an AI, she had always found it weird but avoided the topic smartly, and now... she couldn't help but recall...

'Man, I have very weird friends, it's not just Gerald that's weird ah,' Dina thought regretting her choice of friends a bit too late.

Talking about robotics like some sex education, that shit never failed to turn off Dina's learning spirit, but apart from that, the dude was nice to hang out with except for his weird kinks...….

Anyways to the problem here-

"Acquaintances? May I ask how we came to be acquainted?" Dina asked in a professional voice, not rude and at the same time not too respectful.

"Well, I guess that is until you sign the contract...."

"Which contract?" Dina asked suspiciously

"HE will explain it to you," Zero-two said

Before Dina could attack him with another question a screen-like projection appeared in front of Dina, she was stunned for a while,

The person in the projection looked too familiar, even with his back turned, Dina could still recognize him but was that even possible?

Before she could get lost in thoughts, the person in the projection spun his seat, facing forward.

*Hiss*

Dina took a sharp breath, her face flushed red and her entire person glowed, she was confused at what this person was doing here yet extremely happy to see him.

He wore a black suit, matching his blue-black eyes and straight hair that was slicked downwards, he looked very handsome in his suit and Dina could swear that even if he was a fowl he would still look gorgeous.

Seeing the face of the one she had so yearned for but could only stalk online since a year after their breakup, Dina was only regretful she couldn't jump into his embrace.

"Geraldina Veraldina," Jackson called out in a calm tone that held a cautioning to behave but the excited Dina was too unrestrained and couldn't care less as she shouted in pure joy-

"Jacky!"
