I waited for them to answer on the other line as the dingtone kept echoing throughout the warehouse. When I saw Koa's bruised face, I angrily glared over at the two morons that had brought me here. "Are you alright, little Dawn?" He questioned through the screen, the worry and anger obvious in his tone. I nodded, giving a small, reassuring smile. He examined me while taking in my blood-stained lower lip causing his eyes to grow darker with his increasing anger.

"Are you?" I asked, my voice strained. He nodded slowly. In the background I saw my brothers standing behind Koa and released a small sigh of relief. "1437" I began as Koa's mother motioned for me to hurry up. "I have to ask you to do a favor for me..." I began as I watched Ethan hand Koa a slip of paper.

He read the sheet quickly then nodded for me to continue. "Koa, I love you and I will see you again. Will you tell Dr. Brown that I appreciate the help but I'm okay now. Meet me where it all began. I hope you won't hate me f
