Chapter 55 - Dee

I glance across the room at my father, who is still lying perfectly still in his bed.  The monitors are still displaying various numbers along with his heartbeat.  However, a little part of me wishes he would suddenly wake up so he can see this, even though this isn’t how it should be done.  

With Shane’s help, I’m sitting up in bed and the coronation is taking place around me.

This doesn’t seem real, but I know it is.
