The pack looked at Choven when he returned. Sadness drew in their eyes, they would miss her.
"You okay?" Zhukre asked him.
"Yes, I am," he smiled.
Everybody was emotional, they used to see Azhea wandering around and treating everyone too nice. She even healed minor injuries, she never wanted anyone in pain.
Choven shifted into his wolf form and howled out loud, and everybody came in front of him. They respected him, they bent and stood up after, and then howled before him. It was a farewell for Azhea Kenchmark, the only human who lived with them.
Choven smiled by their farewell howls.
...Azhea heard the pack's howl and she smiled as she continues walking away from the forest. She promised that she will keep the truth about them, protected and secretly, no matter what happened and she would pay them a visit in the future.
