Taunting Her

Valeria stared at the bright room from her room window. It was dark and the moon was beautifully shinning in the night sky, giving its light to the earth.

At that moment, she wished she was the moon, and no one could reach her, even though they could see her. She wished all of what she was experiencing was all a bad dream which she would have to wake up from. It is too complicated for this to be real.

She was having the best life ever. How come the life she lived turned out to be a lie just like that?

She had said she wasn't going to cry, but at that moment, she couldn't help herself. Tears clogged her eyes and threatened to fall off. What exactly was she supposed to do at a time like this?

She slowly shut her eyes and the tears she had been holding back came pouring out of her eyes freely.

She quickly placed her hands on her lips and sobbed uncontrollably.
