Chapter 25 Amelia's POV As usual, I dragged my feet as I neared the door that led to Cassius' room, feeling queasy as I wondered what was going on. But as I reached the lobby, I realized that I was just coming from Damien's room and that he would probably smell him all over me The last thing I was going to do was give Cassius a reason to actually torture me when I knew that he was always looking for a way to make me squirm. Rushing back to my bedroom, I quickly showered, lathering my body with as much soap as possible and changing my dress very fast before I ran to his room. CHAPTER 26.Amelia's POVThe reason why I would never escape Cassius' clutches was not because I wasn't smart. On the contrary, living with him had made me smarter than most people my age.
