Amelia's POV

As we walked down the path that led away from the mansion that Cassius lived in, in the depths of the forest, and onto the major road where the Uber that had been ordered for us by Elizabeth was waiting, I took a moment to breathe in the fresh air and wondered what Damien would be doing right now.

"You're smiling. That's a good look on you." I heard Elena say beside me and I didn't realize that I was until she spoke.

"I guess it's because we are outside," I answered and she nodded because she understood just how much I craved being outside the four walls of the mansion.
