Keegan POV:
She sighed and nodded. We looked to see that Claire was still preoccupied with her reflection, dancing along to the upbeat music.
"While gathering evidence to use against Brant," she sighed deeply and met my eyes "I may have inadvertently caught some on the Congressman?"
"Fuck," I hissed, my arms tightening around her. I looked over at Claire who suddenly stilled at my words. "We'll discuss this later." Vianne winced but nodded in agreement.
All that happened since I woke up seriously fucked up my mood. I turned away from Vianne and climbed the stairs two at a time. I heard Claire ask Vianne something before I made it to the second floor.
