Two Weeks Later

“Go go go!”

Daniel barked as warriors barged inside a small building one after another. Ten warriors were surrounding the building from outside already and the other ten were with Daniel going through it to find our missing warriors. I was right in the middle of the building on the ground floor, trying to catch a hint of any suspicious sound or movemement.

The search went on for the next minutes. Daniel and the search team thoroughly went through each nook and corner. The faint traces of a phone of one of our warriors had ended right at this building, but now there was no sign of anyone here. The signal had disappeared as well.

It was a waste of time. The culprit was the one who was delibertly forcing the path of our direction.

Daniel stormed out of the last room, his lips set in a grim line. His jaw clenched tight.

“Nothing.” he confirmed.
