Having Irene's words at the back of her mind, Kayla drove down to KR. Given she didn't know her way around, a staff led her to the conference room and left her at the door with her anxiousness. The door was locked, but that wasn't a problem as Irene had given her a passcode to enter. Her fear and doubt were the problems. Puffing, she input the code. The door slid open. Soon as she stepped in, the room went quiet. All eyes were on her, which worsened her fear and discouragement. Her eyes ran nervously around the room, she could see familiar faces already.

It was quite a massive conference room made of high technology. A round table with a large space in between settled in the middle.
