A week had passed since Rhiannon had arrived in Arcadia, she spent most of her time with, Vasilios, Arios, or her Omegas.

She had not seen the king and the queen since the day she was declared as Vasilios's mate, and thankfully Helena had not bothered either.

Rhiannon had gone through every book in the library reading up about werewolves, and the mate bond.

How mates could communicate mentally and even transfer their life energies to each other when needed. She wondered how Vasilios felt, she being still a human could not understand that depth, though she loved him.

Standing in front of the mirror one night, Rhiannon opened her robe and gently touched the rune below her navel. She has tried deciphering it through the library books but she couldn't find anything.
