Charlie's POV

After that building full of drugs everywhere I look with a disgusting smell, my next destination is also in a similar line of work but a little bit different. 

How do I describe this place? 

It's a building alright but this has a lot of officials with authority in the country.

Humans are a disgrace. 

"Good day." 

In this place, there's three people who need to pay a debt. Maybe one of them will die today.

"Who are you?"

"She must be a new client."

Or maybe not.....they are all high. 

Just looking at their eyes, I can tell that they have been sniffing these powders all night. 

Their appearance doesn't match the interior of this place. Too grand for for their red eyes and bad smell. 

And what's with the gold theme? It such a sore in the eyes. Way too shiny.
